Thank you for shopping with Alicia's Boutique. Below is our shipping policy outlining processing times, delivery estimates, and other important information.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. During high-volume periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer. If your item is a custom order, processing could take up to 10 days. We will advise if this is the case.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination, typically ranging from 3–7 business days within the U.S.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Delayed or Lost Packages
Alicia's Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first. We will do our best to assist with tracking and resolution.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on location and shipping speed selected.
7. International Shipping
At this time, Alicia's Boutique only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
