Due to the intimate nature of our products (exotic dancewear, lingerie, and shoes), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Alicia's Boutique. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, please review our return policy below.

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the intimate nature of our products (exotic dancewear, lingerie, and shoes), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage. We will review the case and offer a replacement or store credit if approved.

  • All eligible items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns attempted outside of this 14-day deadline will be denied and returned to the customer
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as we (Alicia's Boutique) do not pay for any shipping. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Alicia's Boutique is not responsible for items lost when being returned to us
  • If you choose to return your item, it must be returned in the same condition as you received it in
  • Items must be free of any stains/markings e.g., Fake Tan, Make-Up, Pet hair/any hair or deodorant. All returns must be unworn and unwashed and free of any smells
  • Unfortunately, we are only able to accept returns in the immaculate condition they were received.

3. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to update your order, please reach out immediately after purchase and we’ll do our best to assist before processing begins.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.

5. Store Credit (if applicable)
If a return or issue qualifies for store credit, it will be issued in the form of a digital code for use on a future purchase. Store credits do not expire.

6. Final Sale Items
All clearance, promotional, or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
